The fully enclosed, grassed gardens of this three-bedroom villa located in the Toscal area of Javea make it an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the area or for children to play.
There is a barbeque and covered seating area on the patio surrounding the 10 x 5m pool with roman steps, ample sun loungers and secure parking for several cars.
Entry to the villa is via steps up from the parking area through a light and airy enclosed covered terrace that overlooks the pool, and leading directly into the comfortably furnished, open plan sitting / dining room fitted with cable television. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher; the washing machine is housed separately downstairs.
A hall from the living room leads to two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Javea's Arenal beach is a 2 minute drive away, and Javea Port five minutes or so. The historic old town of Javea with its traditional narrow streets and indoor and outdoor markets are also close by.
