This superb luxury one-story villa is situated in Tesora Park, a quiet residential area of Javea very close to the golf course.

The villa  has been constructed and furnished to the highest standard, giving an overall impression of space and light. It is completely enclosed and private with electric gates. The large garden has some lawned areas and  a number of patios with  sun-beds and comfortable chairs for relaxing around the 11 x 6m swimming pool with roman steps, and taking in the magnificent views over the valley to Benitaxchel and indeed down to the golf course.

The entrance to the villa leads to a large  beautifully furnished lounge with satellite television and wifi. There is a separate dining room. To the left of the entrance, the hall leads  to the three bedrooms, all airconditioned. The master double bedroom  is very large with luxury en-suite bathroom complete with  a corner bath and a walk in shower. The twin bedroom has, across the hall,  a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Javea town, with its shops and markets, is less than a ten-minute drive away. Also less than a ten minute drive brings you to the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its shops, bars and restaurants. The golf course of Javea is only 5 minutes walk away.
