A lovely family villa,having Montgo mountain as its backdrop,peaceful and secluded but still close to all amenities.Entrance to the villa is through large gates into ample secure parking.
Casa Joanna has well established grounds, the lawn and patio areas have a variety of large palm trees for shade, with the terrace area having plenty of patio furniture The 8 x 5 swimming pool has Roman steps and there is a lovely built in barbecue area with outside shower and toilet.
Inside the villa through the reception hall you enter the large sitting room and dining room, fully furnished and with satellite television.The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing the second bathroom.
